Refund Policy

Subscriptions & AIngel Credits

• Subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable after the initial billing, and we do not refund partial months or unused time.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• In cases of a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it or, at our discretion, provide a prorated credit or refund.
• Duplicate or unauthorized charges are fully refunded — contact us and we will reverse them promptly through Stripe.

Donations to Charities

• Because a donation is disbursed to the recipient charity, donations are generally final once processed.
• However, if a donation was made in error, is a duplicate, or was unauthorized, contact us within 30 days at [email protected]. We will coordinate a refund with the recipient charity and Stripe and reverse it where possible.
• Undelivered donations are refunded. If you give to a charity that has not yet completed its verification and Stripe onboarding, your gift is held and is not released to anyone. If that charity does not complete onboarding within our holding window (currently 90 days), the donation is automatically refunded to you and any related commissions are cancelled.
• Where a charity sets its own additional refund terms, those are honored in addition to this policy.

Disputes & Chargebacks

• You may also dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer; such disputes are handled through Stripe.
• A refund or chargeback on a donation reverses any related referral commissions.

Commission Earnings

• Paid commissions are final.
• Pending commissions may be adjusted or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes on the underlying donation.
