Is it free for our charity?
Yes. There are no listing fees, subscription costs, or contracts for charities. Volunteers optionally subscribe to power their own AIngel, but that’s entirely separate from your donations.
How do we receive the money?
You connect your own Stripe account (a few minutes, free) and donations settle directly to you. My AIngel never holds or controls your funds.
How is the 85% / 10% / 5% split calculated?
85% of each donation goes to your charity, 10% rewards the volunteer network whose advocacy drove the gift, and 5% covers platform and payment costs. These rates are shown to every donor before they give.
Who is behind My AIngel?
My AIngel is a product of Agentic Tech LLC, the technology provider. We build the platform and the AI; the causes and the giving belong to the community.
Is our brand protected? What will the AI say about us?
A volunteer’s AIngel only discusses your cause and philanthropy — it’s ringfenced from off-topic conversations. Once you claim your page you control your name, description, and imagery. We never claim you’ve endorsed us unless you’ve verified your page.
How do we claim and verify our page?
Find your charity on the Charities page and choose “Claim this page”. Complete a short form so we can confirm you’re authorised to represent the organisation. Once approved, you’ll show as Verified.
We’d rather not be listed. Can you remove us?
Absolutely. Email [email protected] and we’ll remove your listing promptly, no questions asked.
